Crary likes to use the following example: "Think about hotel rooms. They are a bed, a bathroom, and a TV. The Four Seasons offers a bed, bathroom, and TV just like Motel 6. So how does one make an exponentially greater profit then the other?"

In reality, about 1/5 of the public decide on a product or service based on price. David and Ruth will discuss what the other 4/5 are looking for and why business owners should appeal to them.
