INDIANAPOLIS - Designed for performance, the understated and elegant ClassicTM bath series withstands the test of time in any setting. Delta Faucet revolutionized the plumbing industry with the introduction of the first single handle lavatory faucet in 1954. Fifty years later, after developing new technologies and designs, Delta Faucet refreshed its Classic single handle lavatory faucet, an industry icon, with an updated style and enhanced functionality. Updated with the revolutionary DIAMONDTM Seal Technology,  the bath series features practical, hardworking faucets.

"This was the first time since its inception that Delta Faucet made dramatic changes to the Classic single handle lavatory faucet," said Kurt Backlund, Delta brand senior product manager.  "We are taking the faucet that made the Delta brand a leader and updating it to increase its longevity and enhance the style."

About the Classic™ Collection

Full suite of bath products: Centerset lavatory faucet, Widespread lavatory faucet, tub and shower trim, two handle laundry faucet, standard showerheads (2.0 gpm) and two different styles of H2OKinetic Technology® showerheads (1.5 gpm)

WaterSense® labele products: Delta Faucet takes its role as a WaterSense® partner very seriously. Delta Faucet Company is committed to working with the EPA to encourage efficient use of water resources and actively protect the future of our nation's water supply. WaterSense labeled lavatory faucets from Delta Faucet use 32 percent less water and perform as well or better than their less efficient counterparts. Delta showerheads that meet WaterSense requirements use 20 - 40 percent less water.

DIAMONDTM Seal Technology: DIAMOND Seal Technology is available on single handle faucets. The technology combines a durable DIAMONDTM Valve with InnoFlex® PEX waterways. The valve requires no lubrication, eliminates wear on seals, and ensures "like new" operation for the life of the faucet, lasting up to 10 times longer than the industry standard. The InnoFlex waterways eliminate potential leak points and are less hassle to install. Water does not come in contact with potential metal contaminants once inside the faucet, meeting current state specific and upcoming national legislation.

Variety of available finishes: Products in the collection are available in Chrome and Brilliance® Stainless finishes.
