Calgary, Alberta (PRWEB) August 10, 2012 -- WE=mc2 Solutions Inc. is providing tips and tricks regarding new Air conditioners, and specifically new installation dos and don'ts and in general what to watch for when purchasing a Central A/C system.

To start, the labor and expertise that goes into making an AC work and run properly. Over the years of experience with working with various company's, the service Manager at WE=mc2 Solutions Inc. Ben Weissig has seen "high quality work and some work that would make a True refrigeration mechanic cry". Some of this not so quality work According to Ben was due to "cutting costs or corners others yet just for lack of knowledge and know how".

So this Now begs the questions. How does the average consumer know who to purchase a quality air conditioning install from? and what are the risks of purchasing a low quality install?

WE=mc2 SolutionsStarting with the risks fist knowing a bad install. In most cases the lack of quality comes with the ever so delicate refrigeration system, which if moisture were to sneak into it would do some serious damage to the unit turning its special refrigeration oil into ether an acid or sticky tar like substance, which in-turn can cause issues with your compressor or cause it seize and fail entirely. This particular problem may take several seasons to show up, possibly right after your warranty expires. How this problem starts is simple high humidity or rain coupled with the lack of a proper refrigeration vacuum pump could allow moisture in with no way to remove it. Problem number two a leak due to a faulty weld that remained unchecked due to not preforming a pressure test, which eventually can lead to the first problem if the unit runs completely out of refrigerant. Or other small problems due to lack of knowledge could make a new Air conditioning install run at less than it's full potential and lose it's efficiency.

No customer wants a product that is not working 100% or is doomed to fail in short order due to bad installation and set up. So how can a quality contractor be found? A good place to start is making sure a contractor has real refrigeration experience and know how and has the correct equipment for the job. for instance some of what should be see is: refrigeration gauge set, vacuum pump, another good thing to see is a nitrogen tank for pressure testing and purging also extra refrigerant to ensure the Air conditioning unit is running at peak efficiency.

Doing an Air conditioner install without such equipment is possible but is not proper and undoubtedly is damaging to a new Air conditioning unit. It is to be expected that such low quality installs will be much lower price then a proper installation. So the best Air conditioning installation my not be the cheapest, In fact in most cases it wont be. So the saying goes "You get what you pay for."

Last but not least is product quality a good install only means as much and the product installed. Thus quality contractors install quality brands with a good reputation.
