The most significant of these changes is a complete restructuring of the content provided on each of their websites. This is helpful for customers who are in panic mode when they are dealing with a disaster, but when things are calm, people look for educational material. Flood Specialists customers have asked for the ability to ask questions and get answers instantly instead of waiting for an emailed response. Work has begun on adding chat capabilities with live chat during regular business hours. A frequently asked questions section is being added to each of their online properties while the chat feature is being developed.

The online properties consist of Fire, Water, Biohazard, and Construction services. Currently, each website focuses on one discipline but includes the others as well. Mario said, "It’s not easy to maintain the same information on all the websites. We are going to separate them so each website focuses on either water, fire, specialty cleaning or construction & remodeling."
